Item 8.01.      Other Events.

On February 28, 2005, the Registrant announced that it had submitted a proposal in response to the Government of Singapore’s Request for Concepts for an integrated resort. All submissions will be evaluated by the Government, after which the Government may issue a formal request for proposal. There can be no assurances regarding the Registrant’s business prospects with respect to this opportunity.
