Craig Fullalove
Since April 2026, Mr. Fullalove has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, he was the CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of Wynn Resorts’ Macau operations, and its Hong Kong listed entity, Wynn Macau, Limited. Mr. Fullalove also led business development efforts during his time in Macau, supporting both casino and non-casino marketing initiatives.
Craig Fullalove is the Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Resorts, a position he was promoted to in April 2026. Prior to that, Mr. Fullalove served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Wynn Resorts’ Macau operations, and its Hong Kong listed entity, Wynn Macau, Limited. Joining the Company in 2020, his previous role included overseeing the resort’s finance and strategic functions. His responsibilities spanned corporate and operational finance, cage operations, procurement and contract services, risk management and compliance, sustainability, and strategic finance. He also led business development efforts, supporting both casino and non-casino marketing initiatives in Macau, and oversaw key administrative functions including Information Technology, Human Resources, and Corporate Investigations.
Before joining Wynn Macau, Mr. Fullalove served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Asian Coast Development Limited (ACDL). Earlier in his career, he spent nine years with Deloitte & Touche in audit and financial advisory roles. He brings more than 22 years of international finance experience, having worked across South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Vietnam.
Mr. Fullalove is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town.
